Supplementary Personnel

Contract to Permanent
A low risk alternative to the traditional permanent placement service.  Extraman employs the prospective employee on a casual basis, until you are ready to commit to a more permanent relationship.  There is no better substitute for on-the-job assessment of an applicant’s skills, knowledge and attitude to work.

Payrolling
You refer the candidate, Extraman employs them on your behalf on either a casual or contract to permanent basis.  Attractive discounts apply to this convenient option.

Permanent Placement
The traditional method of permanent recruitment.  This option includes the screening, interviewing, testing (aptitude and personality) and reference checking of applicants, followed by the presentation of a shortlist to you for final selection.  This service comes with the guarantee that, should the employee not meet the requirements as stipulated, a replacement individual will be found at no further cost.

Professional Placement
This is an extension of the permanent placement service incorporating behavioural interviewing and comprehensive Psychometric Assessment.  Extended guarantees apply to this very comprehensive service.

Contract Staffing
This option applies where you engage us to provide the people for an entire site, division or section of your operation.  Contract Staffing provides total flexibility in relation to the work force and Extraman is responsible for issues such as employee relations, termination and performance management.
